Kefir-Soaked Baked Oatmeal Ingredients
5 cups rolled oats
2? cups plain kefir
cup coconut oil, melted
cup honey
tablespoon ground cinnamon
cooking spray
1 cup chopped apple
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
tablespoon salt
How to Make Kefir-Soaked Baked Oatmeal
Combine oats, kefir, coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cover and let soak, 8 hours to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir apple, eggs, baking powder, and salt into the oat mixture. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top is lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
